Fat Spatula is a creative studio nestled on the coast of Hawkes Bay, New Zealand, in the seaside village of Haumoana.
It is home to my many creative whims. It is an office for the various design projects undertaken including brand development, logo design, web design, illustration, print design and advertising. It is also a gallery of artwork created in oil and acrylic with many of my latest creations adorning the walls. Lastly it is a workroom of craft creations such as the popular Man Shawl and Man Towels.
I was born tiny but now I am much bigger.
I am an artist, a painter, a lover, and a father.
I enjoy illustrating the ideas that I concoct and I like the act of creating, whether photographic, cartoon, digital, paint or craft.
